The Setai, one of the hippest hotels in Miami, recently opened its own Beach Trailer food truck for hotel guests and beach-goers to enjoy savory snacks while basking in the sun. The Setai is the first hotel to join in on the food truck craze, and the Beach Trailer’s high-end menu is a welcome departure from typical truck fare.
The Beach Trailer serves a variety of Chef David Werly’s lunch selections including sandwiches, salads and even desserts. Some specialty dishes include the Setai ceviche, Wagyu hot dog, the original Setai burger, and even sushi. Nosh on these delectable dishes and even enjoy a glass of wine, champagne, or one of your favorite cocktails from the Beach Trailer.
