LAubergedeSedonaCreekMassage

Nestled on the banks of Oak Creek in Sedona’s renowned Red Rock region in Arizona, L’Auberge de Sedona is one of the Southwest’s foremost luxury retreats,  featuring 62 luxe cottages and 26 traditional lodge-style guest rooms. Each of the property’s cottage suites include a private outdoor, open-roof cedar shower that allow guests to enjoy the warm water from the rain-head shower, while feeling refreshed from the cool outdoor air. The starry night views above only enhance the experience. L’Auberge recently launched the L’Apothecary Spa, which allows guests to become closer with the earth and its native benefits through creating custom body care blends, and interacting with the environment through earthing-inspired spa treatments. A plethora of outdoor activities are also available for guests, including moonlit meditation, daily yoga, guided hikes and jogs around the scenic property.

Feet in the Creek is a playful spa treatment that allows you to sit side-by side with your mother while reconnecting with the earth, nature, yourself and one another. Guests will be guided to step into the ankle-deep water of Oak Creek, a spring-fed clear-water creek that runs through the property, to enjoy wading in the water while breathing fresh Sedona air, followed by lounging creekside with bare feet resting on the earth. Earthing is an emerging science that promotes direct, conductive contact with the earth to balance mind and body. While seated creekside, guests will receive a head, neck and shoulder massage followed by a foot reflexology treatment with the new signature L’Apothecary flower essence serum.  This serum includes a blend of rose, rosemary and lemon blossoms, which are designed to support guests in feeling cared for, having clarity and in allowing a pure child-like perspective. 60 min., $135.
