Redesigned Garden Court Hotel Opens in Palo Alto

Palo Alto, California ranks as the technological epicenter of the world. Not only is it near Silicon Valley, but the city centers around Stanford University and over half of its residents have a post grad degree. Now visitors heading to this brainiac city can stay at the refurbished Garden Court Hotel. After completing a $9 million renovation, the Garden Court offers travelers a modern luxury boutique hotel that feels like a relaxing retreat.

Redesigned by Spanish interior designer, Pablo Paniagua, the property exudes a distinctive Mediterranean feel by mixing together elements like interior open-air tiled courtyards, traditional French doors and outdoor fountains to create a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere. The 62 guestrooms boast spa bathtubs, fireplace, private balconies and breakfast nooks. For those looking to splurge, book the penthouse suite, complete with a deluxe king, marble rain shower, private bar and two private patio gardens where you can take in the stunning views.  There are elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces, making this an ideal venue for weddings or private parties. It is easy to imagine the next big tech IPO party happening here.

Rates start at $229 and go up to $899 for the Penthouse. Visit www.gardencourt.com for booking information.
