L’Auberge de Sedona – Sedona, AZ

Sedona, Arizona has long been one of the most spiritual destinations in the U.S. with red rock formations that offer a peaceful and stunning backdrop for meditation. Travelers to the region can take advantage of L’Auberge de Sedona’s complementary moonlight meditation with sessions held around full moon phases alongside the charming Oak Creek on the property’s secluded outdoor spiritual space, Serenity Point. The session begins with a transformative fire burning ceremony, followed by a short breath awareness meditation, and a few helpful hints of how to get started with your own daily meditation practice. Leading the class, Devani Paige then reads scripts from the book “Yoga Nidra,” followed by creekside meditation under the moon lit sky, taking the mind and body to a healing place. The session is completed with a soothing flute chakra ceremony to balance the chakras and energy fields. Devani plays seven different native American flutes, each attuned to one of the major chakras or energy centers. Prior to the session, guests can enhance their journey in one of nature’s most spectacular settings with a hike or bike ride to the nearby vortex site including Bell Rock, Airport Loop and Cathedral Rock.
