Leading the class, Devani Paige then reads scripts from the book “Yoga Nidra,” followed by creekside meditation under the moon lit sky, taking the mind and body to a healing place. The session is completed with a soothing flute chakra ceremony to balance the chakras and energy fields. Devani plays seven different native American flutes, each attuned to one of the major chakras or energy centers.
